Pair Training

Pair training is ideal if you work harder and feel more motivated training with your partner/friend. Getting in shape is easy and affordable with a friend who’ll support you and keep you on track.

Virtual Training

Workout twice a week for 45 minutes without leaving the house. I bring knowledge, expertise, and all the support you need to reach your health goals in the privacy of your own home.
